It's a group based squad. I found it more benficial to give the scouts and the commando accurate then it would be to use Boba Merc. The czerka does her stuff (Twin to the double+greater mobile scouts) (Jolt to Boba) Mando the Ultimate gives them charging and is a beastly shooter!!
