If you out-activate the opponent by 4... a Sandtrooper can move 48 squares in round 1 and attack at +12 for 60dmg, followed by another one at 50dmg (+4 to attack with Needa's reroll). If you need to get around some enemies and ignore AoOs, the Raxus Prime Trooper could do it instead at +13 for 50dmg then 40dmg. Might need to out-activate by more than 4 if you need to Override some doors open. After a couple deep strikes, you have 4 relatively beefy troopers for the rest.
