At Weeks' suggestion, here's a Neo-squad with high-attack Neo Elites, but no Mandalore. The Neo Elites are +14/20dmg x4 with Traps available. Six troopers in the squad to keep Synergy alive. I could fit another Neo Elite if I dropped the Tactician, but with the Tactician you can assault pretty hard at the top of the round.
