I haven't thought through this squad against top-tier squads, but it feels strong - lots of damage negation. Lots of good Force powers, but no huge loss of effectiveness against Force Immunity. The trio actually synergizes really well - Vader can line up enemies for Warb's Rolling Attacks/Shii-Cho, and Cognus can dampen the effectiveness of enemy beats. There's also a lot of versatility as to how you distribute the ghosts.
