Kenobi pumps the stats. Padme is mostly there to give free Twin Attacks to Anakin, but she can help Ashoka or Lando instead if necessary. Lil' Ashoka will be attacking at +15 due to Kenobi and Anakin making her worthwhile at 20 points. The commanders and synergy providers are decent fighters, so there is little "administrative fat" that must be hidden in the rear.
