Kill fodder with the Seer to trigger Jakan's CE. There's a cool trick that you could do using Eminence Harrar's Yun-Harla Sacrifice and Jakan's CE to get a pseudo-intuition, but it just isn't worth it playing the 2 of them together since they both have Scarification.

May not look like much, but she's got it where it counts.
