Emperor Palpatine and the ISP will protect the stealthy shooters. The storm commandos and Arica are the shooters hiding in stealth. Arica has the potential to shoot every enemy she sees four times in one round. If the enemy team is running a lot of stealth, the ISP starts using Palpatine to to fuel his force sense ability, and Moff Nyna grants a damage bonus against the stealthy shooters.
