Ok so i downloaded vassal onto my computer, downloaded the .vmod and nothing is working. I cant even uninstall vassal becuase i get an error message saying that "an instance of VASSAL is currently running" Im so frustrated, all i want to do is play SWMs...

Do you have a recent Java runtime environment installed?

Can you see Vassal running? If not, you may need to go to the Task Manager (in Windows) to terminate the "hidden" instance that is running. (I have no idea what kind of computer or operating system you are using, so...Confused )
