So, yeah. There is one skirt involved unless you know something about Yoda I don't know. Looking at the NR Silri thread got me thinking about the same idea with Rebs:

I don't worry about the CE for Silri. Giving her Lightsaber Defense is the main thing for survival. The CE is minor in her instance. It would be helpful for Ferus.

But he still hands out LS Def. I've used the new Yoda with both Ferrus and Commando Luke and it is a really fun squad to work with. Siliri is a neat addition. It looks fun!
Edit: yeah giving Ferrus an extra attack is really nice! He benefits a lot from Yoda.
