I have been challenged to a 400pt game... one epic allowed  1) What one would you use ? 2) squad ideas ?

I would personally use Mandalorians. If you think that your opponent is going to be using many Force users, I would suggest Mandalore the First. Otherwise, I would suggest Boba Fett, Mandalore.

Three powerful bases are:
- Epic Hoth with Bastila and some accurate shooters (Boba Fett Bounty Hunter, Zuckuss Bounty Hunter, Mira)
- Czulkang Lah, Warmaster Tsavong Lah, and a bunch of Jedi Hunters/Ossus Guardians
- Boba Fett Mandalore, Mandalore the Vindicated

I was leaning towards Boba Mandalore... would jaina sword of the Jedi (affinity) gain the twin attack for Mandalorian allies ??

Yes. And if you throw in Mandalore the Resurrector, she also gains Beskar'gam.

My squad would be the phantom menace backed up by mitthrawn, Imperial governor Tarkin, Vader LOTDS, maybe some keldor to blow up. Mas amedda. TPM would be doing 8 attacks at +40 damage.
