Back on-topic...I'm guessing at least one of the next figs will be Yoda or Mace. The first two were from the OT (granted, Luke's was not him during the OT but you get my point). It would make sense for them to cover the PT for at least one.

To cover the PT, why not give us all the super-awesomesauce pre-machine Darth Vader that deep down everybody wants vs. the Obi-Wan that not only took him on, but beat him.
Another option could be to "mix-n-match" a pair for the OR and Sith. Like, say, uber Nomi Sunrider vs. uber Darth Bane. I arbitrarily picked those two, but you get the idea.
I would like to think it's possible to get one BHC uber-piece per faction.
Mandalorians would obviously get one of the Mandalores - probably Boba. Rebels could finally get that "true TFU" Galen Marek Sith could also use its slot for Abeloth, now that I think about it The choices for the Vong would be much slimmer, probably a choice of Shimmra and Tsavong Lah with Shai as an outlier, an unlikely option Separatists could get a strong Dooku or Grievous

I'd expect a 200+ piece or 3+ incarnations that embody her/it's facets. A scenario piece, so to speak. Before one tackles Abeloth, the beings from Mortis should get a shake.

Abeloh shouldn't be in Sith, imo-she's just dark side. And I thnk she's a bit stronger than 100 points, but YMMV. In any event I think the Sith should be Revan. (In fact, I've got a 107-point Revan thrown together, something similar could work really well).

There are several Sith lords that could fit at the 100-pt level, I would think.
Darth Bane, Exar Kun, Darth Revan, Darth Malak, Darth Krayt. And several others, depending on who likes what Sith lord.
I made a 100+ point Caedus back in 2007, for example, that allowed his squad to take advantage of both GAG and non-unique Imperial troopers (the Imperial Guard he had near the end of the LOTF books).

Just so you know, it is unlikely that the BHC pieces will be EU characters.

Mainly because it is an actual side event. Far easier to attract people with characters they actually know instead of EU characters.

Aw, you just wrecked my fragile little world :'(
lol, seriously, though. I completely understand that. I'm an EU fanboy and I'm aware how hard it is to get someone who's got no interest in the books or comics or such to warm up to characters they've never heard of.
