When it says Can move up to double speed, do you have to move at all? I would think not as it says you can move...

You have to move to use Furious Assault.

From the FAQ -

Furious Assault
Q: Does a character with Furious Assault have to move at least one square to use the ability?
A: Yes.

It's also in Nickname's 'doomsday' WotC Glossary update. (not in the Clone Wars rule book of course, though I'm sure that question was settled well beforehand considering it debuted in A&E) RollEyes
