Does Spotter apply to all attacks the character can make (extra attacks/twin attack).

Does it last for the activation, turn, or round?

My understanding was it applied to all attacks the character could legally make and lasted the round.

I can see where you're coming from. However, when you combine fire, the benefit only applies to a single attack; if your character had Double Attack wanted to get the attack bonus on both attacks, he would need to combine with a different ally for each attack. Therefore the Spotter ability can only affect one attack.
