this idea started off as a joke to swap around c3po i think this might work though. swap around shaak to get off her double. Luke can levitate or Attack with cunning leias ce works on all your attackers then your basic rebel tech stuff to fill it out i think this might be good.

This has the makings of something good i think

you put it on luke shaak already has renewal. if you give it to luke he can spend his fp with mettle on evade rerolls and you can levitate every round if he has renewal

As Sithborg pointed out in the squad comments - you can't swap 3PO, he is a droid and therefore generally not subject to CEs.

Levitate is your only option for relocating him, unfortunately.
