Combining Fire Options

Okay, my question is on stacking abilities for combining fire.

If I have both Baron Fel and Moff Jerjerrod in the same squad will their commander effects stack giving a +10 attack to the main shooter?

Baron Fel

Moff Jerjerrod

I am thinking yes because Fel's CE modifies the Base combining bonus and Moff just adds an additional bonus.
