When Obi-Wan Kenobi dies, Luke Skywalker, Rebel gets to make an attack. Question is, does he get the 8 fp and motf2 before or after the shot. That is to say, can he reroll his impulsive shot twice?

They happen simultaneously, so you would choose the order in which to apply them.

Interesting side note about Force Spirit - remember that it can be Force Defense/Absorbed.
