ok, my mini says he costs 24 points.
my card says he costs 33.
i looked at one of my checklists, and he is the 7th mini in CW set, which matches his number on his mini- 7/40.
bloomilk has him at 33 as well as his card....
my question is, does anyone else have him at 24 points on the bottom of his mini?

He's 33 points. I think that was an error on the base and was mentioned at release.

Repeat after me: The Errata is my friend:
"Captain Rex (Republic, 7/40)
The cost of 33 on the card is correct. The cost of 24 on the figure base is incorrect."
