If I have GM Yoda adjacent to an enemy character and I want to use LS Throw 3, can I throw the lightsaber at anyone I can see, or am I limited to the adjacent enemy?

You always have to attack adjacent enemies.

Yes...you have to deal with the guy in your face before you can attack at a distance.
