does squad assault from gree, stack with force users from Quigon jedi trainer, same with tarfull for adjacents? or because its the same boost it wouldn't stack because its not a named ability like cunning?

Squad Assault would stack both with Qui-Gon's bonus and Tarfull's bonus, because Squad Assault is a named ability and the other two are nameless bonuses from commander effects. However, Qui-Gon's bonus and Tarfull's bonus would not stack with each other because, again, they are both nameless bonuses from commander effects.
