Make him VERY good, with big stats.

Here's my version

pts:85 ish
hp:150
at:16
df:23

abilities: melee, double, mobile (the kind of character that can stand and fight, but doesn't), soresu mastery, twin, master tactician

force:force 2, renewal 2, mastery 2
push 3
push 5
force defense

CE: Allies within 6 squares gain +2 at and +4 df. Followers with O66 gain mobile, extra, and cunning attack (+4, +10)

Seem OK?

Shave a little off either abilities or CE and he'll be good. PS you forgot Damage.Drool

That's because this character is from mid clone wars, not after. (Hero of the Clone Wars)
Does that clear things up, or do u have another suggestion? Confused

Soresu Style Mastery still only affects nonadjacent attacks. I think you should give him Parry or LS Duelist.

Soresu mastery blocks all attacks, right?
I have both the other Obi-wans with it and they can avoid all attacks.

Not after the DCI floor rules. Only non-melee now.

So I'd suggest LS Block for him personally.
