Well we got two weeks until they are here, and I wanna see who is coming. I know me, Darth_Jim, GOPWookiee, and McNizzle are coming from Harrisburg, PA. Who else is gonna show?!?

I am definitely going. And I intend to arrive several hours earlier than the regionals start and stay as late as I can; its not too often I get to be around other good players, and I intend to make the most of it. I will be bringing my whole collection for trading and pick-up games, so I hope some of you will do the same, especially if you live nearby the store.

Unfortunately, none of our Northern VA group was able to get away for the day. I really wanted to attend, but things happen right?

I'm actually surprised by the teams I saw-- I really haven't played in while
and am not aware of the 'meta' but there seemed to be a nice variety of
teams-- i'm not even sure anyone used cad bane :)

There were no Cad Banes and no Lancers, but two Boba BHs! It was definitely different from the PA-MD Regional in terms of squad builds, but it was fun and refreshing not to have to play the same squads over again. =)

Spryguy started a thread over on 'Gamers that I commented on. Dude, I really wish that you could come to GenCon. Finishing order of the final 4 for those who wanted to know: 1.LeftiesWillRule 2.McNizzle 3.Darth_Jim 4.(Aaron, Leftie's brother) One other note: On the way home, he told me he'd gotten the big D on 3 pieces...your Gen. Skywalker, my Arica and Potty Palps, both in the same game, unfortunately for me. I wonder if he forgot one. Either way, I was the recipient of at least 50% of his disintegrations. I've locked him in his room and have a chair propped up against the doorknob.
