The torso was some yellow suphero with black ridges over his shoulder which I had to cut down considerably. For the head I started with a D&D Kuo'toa and sculped over that. It's basically just the original eyes and nostrils showing. The bone staff I made and the right arm happens to come from a Wookiee.
