Not a bad squad certainly, however, you need to take into account that forcepush follows all legal targeting rules, and with your squad designed as is, you don't have too many ways to deal with uggies, stealthers or big bad disruptive pieces that shut off your commander effects.

I'd consider downgrading VAR for a han smuggler, which in turn would let you bring in a (twilek) bodyguard, juno and an uggie. (or downgrade r2 and make that uggie an MC tech specialist or get a beefier bodyguard.)

I love using the force push 4 minis. You do have to follow normal targeting rules, but that is where Luke saves up force points and blasts the 3 point minis, and then VAR uses force push.

If you end up having to use force push 4 on an ug, it's not going to really matter too much because you can force push every turn, and not a whole lot of people are going to place all of their 3 point minis out to be killed. Remember every activation you get rid of ups your points (putting your opponent in more of a desperate position), lowers your opponent's activations, and therefore gives you the overall advantage.

If you do replace VAR, Han Smuggler is a great choice especially since he has accurate shot.
Another useful combo will be:

23 Jarael
18 TBSV
3 Ug demo
3 Mouse Droid

That ups your activations by 3, gives you more door control, gives you a great shooter and melee interferance. The Twi'lek Black Sun Vigo will make Jarael triple attack with greater mobile and speed 8 who will be activating others when she attacks. I would say that's pretty good melee interference.

Anyway, I think your original build will do great. I also think diversifying a squad is smart and usually allows for adjustments when it comes to facing certain squads.
