Do you think you need another person besides Lord Vader that you can swap in, or do you think you'd be able to get by without one?
Here is a squad that just has Lord Vader that can really do damage:

I think the B&B Luke used last year with Arica is a stronger squad. She really helps thin the herd. Maybe take out Lobot for AP? Something like:

31 Arica
16 Pelleon
11 Admiral Ozzel
8 R7 Astromech
8 Mas Amedda
5 Salacious Crumb
4 Gran Raider
12 Rodian Brute x 4
Lord Vader is very dependent on his Force Powers for Offense so he doesn't work very well in the Force Bubble.
