chadra fan will always have a 50/50 shot avoid damage due to evade and pheromes (with speed 8 and cunning
force spirit lumiya (or rand), they each get speed 8 and evade, and this squad isnt too bad. one will have rage, both get cunning

I would recommend dropping a Chadra-Fan pilot and mouse for a Czerka. Might as well give those guys twin attack otherwise I don't think their damage output is going to be good enough. They only get up to a 10 attack w/ cunning so plenty of shots are going to miss and when they hit it will only be for 20. Adding twin for them is going to help a lot.
EDIT:
Or drop the Klatooinian Cpt for the Czerka and add some more fodder. The Chadra-Fan and Lumiya already have stealth which kind of lessens the advantage you get from evade. And while the speed 8 is nice for the pilots I don't know that its a gamebreaker in this squad.
