like would you steal mine, and then I steal it back or would we just swap like normal.. or....?

But it is accurate to the best of my knowledge. So I say just go with what's there unless you have seen it contradicted in the rules forum somewhere. And if you do see it contradicted anywhere let me know so I can update the guide. As you can see, I just made a guess about what happens if both players use Sense the Future... which is that init stays the same. But I'd go with that unless/until there's another ruling.

Yes. And you both determine whether you are using it in secret and reveal at the same time.
