My search function is not working so I don't know if this has been brought up but does Makashi Style Mastery work against mastery of the other styles it counters?

Yes. This is covered in the glossary defination.

Actually its not fully covered in the glossary here, its missing the parenthesis portion, which I did eventually find, and yes you are correct it does indeed work on mastery.

Sorry, when I mention the glossary, I am referring to the rulebook. While bloomilk's glossary is handy, I still only refer to the rules sources linked at the top of the page.
