So it says that you replace your turn and make 1 attack at +13 for 40 damage etc. Do you still apply bonuses to attack like if you had assassin would you then be rolling at +17 for 50 damage against living enemies or do you not get to apply the bonus for assassin due to this being a replaces turn SA. I think you wouldn't get the bonus but I am not certain.

You do get the bonuses. The wording just means that your base attack and damage stats are changed to what it says for that attack.

Do you know if that precedent holds true for all abilities with that wording? I.e. Vibroblade?

I'm pretty sure it does. Blaster # was, I think, the only WOTC ability with similar wording, and it has the following FAQ entry: Quote:Q: Would abilities like Jedi Hunter work when using Blaster?
A: Yes. It works like any other attack in regard to bonuses to Attack or Damage.
