Just wondering how you buy your minis?
Do you buy single commons and UC? or in lots?
rares as singles or as lots?
and where coolstuff MM T&T Ebay? Other?
Just wondering what the best way to go about it????

I don't do much buying anymore, but I mostly built my collection from relatively large ebay lots. About 100 minis at a time when people were selling their collections. Buying in bulk tends to be cheaper per mini. (I didn't get the super-big lots, but those tend to be even better deals if you have the money for them.)

Back when I bought them I bought a large number of lots on Ebay, countless boosters, a few booster cases, and then large selections over on Trollandtoad based on what squads I wanted to make.

I started with boosters, but those are so expensive now that I just buy cheap singles of of trollandtoad and small ebay lots. Unrelated, but heroclix are dirt cheap from a bunch of different places and make excellent customs and proxies once rebased.

I got most of my stuff individually from CoolStuffInc - those big Ebay lots are tricky to access from New Zealand. I have a relatively small collection (TheHutts has 237/915 minis, and 384 total) based around what I need to use in the v-set era. Haven't bought anything for ages, and there's a few things I'd like (bunch of ewoks, Jabba Crime Lord) but I'm generally happy with what I have.

when it first came out i got a bunch of packs... at this comic con revenge of the sith was 3 dollars a pack.. nowadays i just go to troll and toad.. i swear i make up half their minis sales alone lol

I buy mine in 2010.
Sometimes i look at imperial assault and legion stuff, waiting for the day they release an ewok expansion.
