Sith rage stacking Options

Ok my question is will sith rage stack. for example darth bane has sith rage and MOTF2 can he spend 2 force points and have a +20 damage on his next attacks?

My first assumption is no but i wanted to ask here before i made a bad ruling in the future.

As far as I know, it still falls under the rule of "Same effects don't stack". This is similar to the Human Force Adept from the A&E set which had the "Force Weapon" ability to give +10 damage for the rest of the skirmish. The rule for that is: it can only be used once (unless someone cancels it, and then you can use it again) and it doesn't stack with itself. I believe Sith Rage has the same limitations.

another Bane Question:
again with MOTF 2.
He has Sith Sorcery, he spends the FPs to do Sorcery, activates half a crowd.
can he spend 2 more in a attempt to activate the other half of the Crowd?
the reason i ask is because it says "on this Characters turn", which i guess means its a Zero time ability.

You can use Sith Sorcery twice. Heck, you can even use Rage twice, even though it won't stack. The key thing is, if it replaces attacks/turn, it can only be used once, no matter how many times you can use the force.
