This is my squad in 300pts so far: 54 Blizzard Scout 1 50 Darth Vader, Champion of the Sith 37 Blizzard Force AT-ST 21 Elite Snowtrooper with E-Web Blaster 21 Major General Veers 20 Admiral Piett 14 Snowtrooper Commander 12 Snowtrooper Officer 11 Admiral Ozzel 8 Probe Droid 40 Snowtrooper x8 What is making the Snowtroopers 5 each and not 6? Did this Officer get errata to -2pts for the troopers?

It's the other way around. The Officer originally had Rapport -2, then received an errata to -1, and the squadbuilder was never updated because these things are either very difficult or impossible with bloomilk.
