I'm not sure, since I've never tried this.
Vassal runs on Java, so if a Chromebook works with Java then it probably should be able to run Vassal.

If you own a Chromebook, then I suggest that you take a few minutes to download the Vassal engine and then download the Vassal module.

i tried this last year before i got an actual laptop, it didn't work. but to be fair, i basically gave up after 10 minutes
