"Whenever this character is targeted by a nonadjacent enemy, it gets +4 to save rolls against that enemy's attack and special abilities that turn"



Does the "+4 to save rolls" work against Force Powers, as well?

No. Force powers are abilities, but they are not special abilities.

(On the other hand, against an attack generated by a Force power, such as Lightsaber Throw, you would still get the bonus to your saves.)
