Hi I was just wondering when Niman Style is turned of if it's when Ventress is at 60 HP or 70 HP? Niman Style (+2 Attack and +2 Defense while this character has more than half Hit Points remaining) Thanks In Advance.

More than half her hit points would be 61+.
