With Darth Vader, Dark Jedi's ce, it says these bonuses stack. Does this mean that for each person he kills with a 1, they get +2 attack, or does it mean it stacks with other ce's like stormtrooper officer?
Also, if say a stormtrooper rolls a 1 on like a grenades save, does everyone get the bonus, or doesn't it count?

When he kills an ally, the other allies gain +2A, stacking with all other +2A. The CE says "These bonuses stack" presumably with themselves, but I doubt with other direct bonuses. Pick the larger cumulative bonus.
The CE says "natural 1 on any roll", so yes on grenades.

That would be could if he could kill a stormtrooper for failing grenades, because he'd be dead anyway for failing it, then everyone get more attack...
