I looked and was unable to find anything relevent to this again, and I'm sure that it has been beaten like a dead horse, but anyway.
Rakghoul kills Kel Dor Bounty Hunter.
Self-destruct 40 Vs Rakghoul Disease
I am ok with the fact that I lose my Rakghoul from the Self-destruct but would the Kel Dor be replaced with a new Rakghoul or no?

No, the SD damage already is done. Remove the Kel Dor and replace with a new Rakghoul.
