I suggest that you cut down his damage from 20 to 10, just so that he doesn't deal insane amounts of damage against weak enemies.

On his own, he maxes at 40 Damage. With Tarkin's CE he gets dangerous, but without a movement breaker he wont spend much time in the thick of battle.
