My second yet to be made Separatist council member and another rather mediocre character. Though the ability name is a bit off mechanically Bombad Gungan works great for Passel as he was hard to put blame on (in gameplay words - "hard to make the target").

Pretty cool piece! Good character representation. I could see it finding play in a few squads, despite that it doesn't have a ton of different uses, what it does do could be powerful. He is DEFINITELY very hard to target. With diplomat, he can only be targeted if he is alone, and then there is a 50% chance he can't be targeted anyway, so survivability is definitely a plus. Great job.
