I like everything on her except maybe Master Shatterpoint. I just don't think the enemy should have a say as to whether or not they get their weaknesses exposed. Still this character deserves a 10

I wanted to add the save since it doesn't replace attacks or turn, I felt like it needed some kind of balancing factor even though it cost more FP and doesn't have the range of original Shatterpoint.

My comments largely mirror those of Deathwielded. I also feel she is a bit too pricey. Still, mighty fine work.

Are you saying her cost should be in the 50s? Maybe...she is farily beefy especially with 140 hp, renewal, and MOTF2

I think MS is well balanced now. I'm thinking that if you are going to drop her cost any no more than 5-8. She is a power house for sure! I would rate her higher but I can't!

Thanks DW :D yeah the lowest I would go cost wise is around 60 (I think stat adjustments would be in order then.) But I think she is good where she is. Right now she is a tank for the NR. Gonna do some fairly consistent solid damage and great spike damage (up to 140 with Master Shatterpoint active and Assaulting+Deceptive) And if she wants it will all stick with Brutal Strike. Her stats are strong and only get higher with a solid 10 Point shooter nearby. Plus Deflect and Parry with 140 HP and MOTF2 like I mentioned before, she is a tank.
