Ahh! As soon as I saw the name my first thought was "Hope this guy has something to do with ki-adi-mundi!" I think its a pretty nice balance. Clearly theres no reason to take less than 3 of them so the cost of 17 each makes it a nice fair play style. I would make synergy different though, clones can already get twin. Maybe charging assault?
