Does the whole "paying VP for effects" mechanic work?

She seems a bit... Expensive for what she does. I would also re-word "We're Hiring!" to something like: "Add one character named Czerka Security Guard to your squad immediately adjacent to this character. Your opponent gains 10 Victory Points. Characters added to your squad through this effect do not yield Victory Points when defeated."

Dropped cost by 5. Are you sure that would work better for WH? It seems more complicated.

Well, this is how I see it: You add a CSG to your squad. Your opponent kills him. Now, they just gained nearly 20 points from you using that ability, and they still can kill the rest of your squad. It's like a weaker reserves that just helps your opponent. And you have to set him up in your starting zone.

With what I suggested, not only is the character able to immediately go into battle, but it is more like Reinforcements.

Hmm, I see your point. I think I'll drop how much you need to pay, as well.

This is quite interesting. I'm not very familiar with most of the whole VP rules, but these are pretty cool SA's.

Thanks peg! As for the VP rules, anything beyond the basic "you need VPs equal to your squad's point total to win, you get VP euqal to the point cost of characters youkill and 10 each round you have gambit" dosen't really exist, IIRC. AFAIK, I'm the first person to make mechanics that deal with VP in this way.
