She seems a bit cheap, considering that she is a slightly superior version of Arica.

I don't know if she's better... she lacks Twin, Sniper, and Stealth. Nemesis is pretty situational, but I can see Spy, Pilot and Recovery 30 being an issue. I think I'll drop Pilot for now, take off 20 HP and raise the cost a bit.

I think that you probably would have been fine with keeping on Pilot and the HP, and only raising the cost to 29.

I just play tested her found her to be effective and useful. 9/10
