Disruptive because she was a opposition senator, so she probably caused a ruckus with arguments during senate meets. Diplomat because she was a diplomat, and the CE is just to be there, like a lot of these small tactical diplomat type pieces.

Replaced Disruptive with Distraction. A bit less flavorful for this character, but I didn't want to obsolete [Rune Haako] (a V-set piece especially!). I lowered the cost too.

Changed CE to include droids, upped cost accordingly.
