This is my interpretation of Nihl based on Wookieepedia and the WotC version but given the Darth Talon, Sith Assassin treatment. His base stats are reduced by comparable amounts and starting Force points are on par. Like Talon, he gains HoDK and Synergy which pairs him well with my Darth Krayt, Dark Lord in Stassis. You may notice a minor resemblance to Corran Horn, Jedi Master with his combination of MR2 and Jedi Reflexes. Finally, I gave him some range with Force Grip 2 and melee might in Brutal Strike.

Looks nice, I think Brutal Strike fits perfectly.
