BitB is a really good idea. Havy you considered granting Accurate Shot instead of +4 Attack? That would greatly help[Calo Nord], who needs all the help he can get.

I would make BiTB grant them ambush or GMA instead of attack but that's just me haha. Even as is it's a great thematic piece but may have a couple too many abilities, dropping speed and reserves or Shields would help with that

How about "When a unique fringe ally ends their move within 6 squares of a non-unique fringe ally, you may immediately move all allied characters in line of sight up to two squares" that makes it clarified your effect but you may want to consider instead changing the wording from "line of sight" to "When a unique fringe character (including this character) ends their move adjacent to one or more non-unique fringe characters, move all adjacent non-unique characters up to 2 squares.
