Why not just regeneration

With regeneration you can't move that turn... here there is no restriction.

Yes although he probable wont be moving alot when Triple is an option. I'm trying to make cyborgs stronger and other characters give cyborgs more implants like: Regenerative Implants, Strength Package, ect
