Inspired by some of Andy's many Lukes this is an attempt to make a Revan who functions differently in Sith and OR. In Sith, Revan becomes an incredible Force hitter (Unleashed plus MotF2 makes for a powerful lightning piece with extra Force points from Vergere's FS4 and Exar's Force battery-ness. With Sith Rage from Exar and LSAssault he is a big beatstick. In OR he's a great commander and his Camaraderies help out a lot of pieces who should see more play, plsu HK. In later events Revan was extremely strong with the Force in combat, Unleashed represents him starting to tap into that power.

My big concern here is Jedi Hunter, Unleashed, and LSA. 8 attacks at +17 for 30 Damage is very scary for 52 points. Otherwise A lot of great ideas and I really like the CE.

I think I'll drop LSAssault. I forgot that it would combo with Unleashed! :O

And thanks for the rest! :)

I really like the quote. And there is nothing better than knowing that Malak was wrong: Revan wasn't alone -- he had Kreia and the Exile on his side.

As for the custom itself -- I feel sorry for Bardan Jusik and Demagol. This guy will absolutely destroy them. As for the price, I think that he's a bit undercosted. He should probably be in the 60s or so, but that might be just me.

@Signer Yep. Malak, ultimately, was an interesting villian - cunning, tactically, powerful, but lacking the wisdom of those like Kreia who lived on the edge between light and dark. The Jedi Council had a similar lack of wisdom, an interesting parallel. It seems that only those in between the light and dark could see events and people for what they were.

@Sig...I dunno. I might put him at ~60 for the time being and see what others think.

I don't think this would fit on a card.

Changed subtitle from Conflicted Knight to Savior of the Galaxy. While somewhat ironic, it fits both versions of this Revan (him in an OR squad and him in a Sith squad). Obviously he saved the Republic from the Manadalorians, but in Sith he is perhaps saving the Republic from the True Sith, or trying to, by leaving its infrastructure intact during the war and trying to take control of it, to strengthen it for the confrontation with the True Sith.

That last bit is hinted at by Kreia and contradicted by TOR canon, but as with most things the original story element as told by Kreia was more interesting, so I'm going with that.

@Flying Arrow Good point. Dropped Knight speed and dropped cost a bit. @all To save room I didn't put the Affinity SA on here. He has it though, as eivdenced by the faction symbols.

Love the name it fits him well! Mandalorian Hunter definitely fits all versions of Revan. Plus I like all the Camaraderie (carth could really use that Evade) Unleashed only for Lighting hmm... And his CE is geat

Thanks man! :) I was hoping someone would notice that Evade for Carth. :P

If you were going for a Reven that works differently in both factions should you give him a CE that could effect the Sith too? (seems odd he can be a effective leader in the OR but doesn't help the sith out...)
corranhorn

The idea is that in the OR he's a leader but in Sith he has a lot of support and becomes a more powerful beat. I had him with a CE for both factions originally but changed it. I'll think on it.

Changed it. The first part of his CE (for OR) reflects his pragmatism and relative ruthlessness as a Jedi and leadership, both during the Mandalorian Wars. The part for all Sith followers represents the fact that Revan as a Sith was not afraid to kill political leaders, like Yusanis. Finally, he grants LSDefense to Sith followers with a saber and a Force rating because, as Atton notes, Revan knew that the Jedi Civil War was going to be decided by who had more and better Jedi. LSDefense is a pretty basic power to improve the fighting skill of a Force user, especially against Jedi.

Sooo much in his CE now, but I like the benefits he brings to the sith (they really need LD) BTW those Mando Jedi better be careful (lookin at you Bardan Jusik, Jaina, and Etain Tur-Mukan) he is easily worth a 9

Whoops, forgot to drop the Accurate Shot for NU followers in his CE! Thanks DW! :)

In thinking this over, I think giving OR allies another damage bump is a really scary proposition even in a limited form like this. Imagine Atton running around with ABM, Merciless, and Assssin. It is just too scary. I like the Camaraderie, always a a fan of the ability, I just think they might do a bit too much (especially the 2nd one.)
AndyHatton

I like the Sith CE though. Keeps a few Sith alive but most either can't spare the Force Points or are Commanders. (don't forget Sith Affinity)
corranhorn

You're right about Atton, should I make it for non-Uniques only? The second Camaraderie is for pieces that are generally considered pretty bad. I might shift some things around though as it might be too strong, Thanks for the feedback!

I think that is a good idea, that way you are covering his allies in his Camaraderie, and covering his Military Leader abilities in his CE. I like that change a lot.
