I like Miniaturisation Technology's idea. Good since it is limited to within 6 and you can nerf it by killing him. Good job as usual

I think it's great, and well executed. WAY undercost though; with the possibility of some big attackers negating HW, and 3 times the HP as the original Czerka Scientist..

Not comparable to the original Czerka as the original is 10x better. What good attackers have Heavy weapon in this day and age? Aside from the [Spacetrooper].

BX Commando droid sniper and Bulk Loader droid both have [Heavy Weapon]. The question is, does removing it break them?
