Bounty Hunters Challenge version: This is obi during his and Vader's duel on mustafar. Sith Hunter since he came there to "take care of" a sith, one way or another. Sokan Mastery, Jedi Reflexes, Mou kei ( http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Mou_kei )to represent how he defeated Vader. Any suggestions? Is he worth the cost?

If I understand the rules correctly, you'll need to reword Mou kei. Whenever a character has 2 levels of the same ability, they automatically get the higher level (i.e. a character with both Opportunist and Opportunist +20 uses the greater). In this case, gaining Speed 2 (unless otherwise stated, all characters are assumed to have Speed 6) doesn't accomplish anything as it is trumped by Speed 6 (or higher in certain cases). I suggest -X speed instead.

I had thought about that but I wasn't sure what to call such an ability. how about Darkside Hunter?

saber1 - Nobody has Speed 6. It's in the rulebook that they can move 6 by default, not a built-in special ability. So Speed 2 would apply. In the rare cases where you get 2 different Speed ratings, the lower speed trumps the higher speed. (Which is why K-3PO can't let C-3PO Ewok Deity move.)

K-3PO only helps non-Uniques. Why would Speed levels work opposite of Opportunist levels?

Because that's how the rules work. Post a thread if you want but it's been addressed before.

saber1, you're right about K-3PO. I could have sworn there was a way to get Ewok Deity another speed rating, but it wouldn't have mattered anyway.

A less than 6 speed trumps higher due to penalties overriding bonuses - the original Nute Gunray should provide any clarification needed.

This is more like it. Sokan, working independantly of any other attacks. Mou Kei is interesting, works well. I would have said this was too clunky but it works as a BH challange piece. Nice!
