hmm I think Synergy +4 could be too much. (23 Defense) Seems like an upgraded {Arica} maybe to bland and slimier to every other version we already have of her.

I DO want her to be completely dependent on Palps.. Maybe just attack for the synergy?

if you are looking for her to be COMPLETELY dependent on Palpatine then lower her fp's to 1, -2 attack, -1 defense and lower the cost accordingly. as is I would make the synergy +2 for attack and defense and give her a starting +2 attack boost.

This is a good piece in its own right but its so darn similar to Arica that I'm not sure there's a compelling case to be made to pick this piece over Arica.
